Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents herein for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No. 17522 of 2021, dated 23.08.2021. ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondents for wilful and deliberate disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 23.08.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 17522 of 2021. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed in W.P.No. 17522 of 2021, dated 23.08.2021, the respondents have complied with the aforesaid order and he has also produced a letter in Na.Ka.No.2349/AA3/2009, dated 28.02.2023 issued by the District Registrar, (Administration), District Registrar Office, Chengaplattu.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent and the aforesaid letter has also been placed on record, the Contempt Petition shall stands closed. 03.03.2023 msm Copy to:
