This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in any manner except by due process of law pursuant to the representation dated 28.11.2022 given to the respondents. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Sugumaran in 2012, First Information Report in Crime No.1523 of 2013 was registered for the offence under Sections 416, 420 & 463 I.P.C. Investigation in this case is still pending. 3.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that First Information Report was registered and investigation is 2/5

pending from 2013, this Court directs the petitioner to co-operate with the investigation and therefore no further order is necessary in this petition. It is seen that investigation is pending from 2013.
