This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16277 of 2023 on 28.08.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, pending investigation in K-4, Anna Nagar Police Station Crime No.200 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
