ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to grant track rent permission to the petitioner to lay pipeline by considering the application submitted by the petitioner on 14.02.2024. 2.
Heard Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Rajangam, learned Government Advocate for respondents.

The specific case of the petitioner is that he had submitted a petition to the 3rd respondent on 09.01.2015 seeking track rent permission to lay the pipeline. The permission has been obtained from the village panchayat, Commissioner of the Panchayat Union, Executive engineer, WRD Amaravathi basin division, Sub Divisional Engineer, Highways. Ultimately, the 3rd respondent has to act upon the same and must give the track rent permission to the petitioner to lay pipeline. Since the 3rd respondent did not take any decision, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 28.07.2025 and the same also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the 3rd respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner has obtained no objection from all the authorities, the 3rd respondent shall do the
needful within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
