2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 21.11.2019, paragraph 3 of the said order shall stand deleted and modified as follows: "3. In view of the Joint Memo filed by the petitioners and the defacto complainant, the petitioners 2 to 5 are granted liberty to withdraw the aforesaid security deposit amount by making out appropriate application before the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai."

3. All other observations made in my earlier order dated 21.11.2019, shall remain intact.
