ORDER
When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the trial has commenced and three witnesses have been examined so far.
2. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought the indulgence of this Court, to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court.
3. Since the trial has been commenced, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings before the trial Court. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, acceding to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with, except for receipt of copies, answering the charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., passing of judgment, or any
