2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that when the matter was listed on 12.11.2024, this Court had extended the time to execute the sureties for a period of two weeks from 12.11.2024, however, since the order copy was made ready on 19.11.2024, he was unable to comply with the condition.

3. The petitioner shall execute the sureties before the Court concerned on or before 09.12.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
