No. Engg./November 2003 Exams./Enq.Com dated 14.5.2004 relating to the petitioner under registration No. E 856277 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to publish the results of the November, 2003 examinations and permit the petitioner to complete the BE (CSE) course Examinations arrear subjects in the 1st respondent/university by taking up the subsequent examinations without reference to the impugned order.
