This petition has been filed to relax one of the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before respondent police on every day at 10.30a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16161 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22199 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice, i.e., on the 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for an another period of three months.
