This petition has been filed to relax the condition of the petitioner that "[b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court by an order dated 08.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20561 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
