ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents police to produce the person and body of petitioner's daughter Priyadharshini, aged 20 years, D/o. Satchithanandam, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. We have posted the matter today only for the reason that neither the petitioner nor the counsel was present as it was taken up on mentioning. Unfortunately, even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. We do not wish to say anything more than the order passed on 11.11.2019 wherein we have recorded the statement of the detenue and the fact that she has married the fifth respondent.

4. Accordingly, the detenue is set at liberty and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
