This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.2156 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.15153 of on 22.02.2022 to report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.00a.m till filing of the final report.

2 The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
