This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft/RTGS/NEFT to the "District Revenue Officer, Dharmapuri District" in Crl.O.P.No.27618 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner belongs to an economically backward family, the petitioner is unable to pay the entire amount of Rs.35,000/- as ordered by this Court and hence, seeks for modification of the condition and a lesser amount be imposed.

3.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft/TRGS/NEFT to the "District Revenue Officer, Dharmapuri https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/2
