This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.20311 of 2023 dated 19.09.2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
