ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose the petitioner's complaints/ representations dated 06.11.2022, 09.11.2022 and 19.11.2022 and to take action to demolish the dilapidated commercial building 'Raja Vilas Hotel' located near to the residential place at Door No.424, T.H. Road, Old Washermenpet, Chennai - 600 021, 2/5
which is dangerously hanging in the said road, in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that when this Court directed this Court to implead the original tenants, within three days, the demolition has been made by the Corporation.
3. Admittedly, demolition has been carried out considering the imminent danger in the building and photographs have also been placed before this Court.
4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 02.01.2023 vrc To 3/5
