This Criminal Original Petition is filed alleging that the police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of investigating an FIR in Cr.No.5 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint given by one Natarajan for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC. At the verge of completion of investigation, the final report will be filed within a period of one month. If at all, the petitioner requires for any further clarification, he will be called to the police only on summons.

3. Recording the above undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
