2. Mr.K.Srinivasan, Special Public Prosecutor appearing for CBI/respondent would submit that the petition has been filed seeking for a 1/3

direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. The respondent has not harassed and assaulted the petitioner. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Cr.No.RC0322022A0006 for the offence under Sections 120(b) r/w.420, 409, 489(b) of IPC and Sections 13(2), 13(1)(a) of Prevention of Corruption Act and he has been remanded in judicial custody on 22.02.2023.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed as infructuous.
