This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 515 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition and requests this Court to waive the interest for the delayed period.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 515 days in filing the appeal is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.
