O R D E R

The writ petition is filed in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order dated 28.04.2022 in T.R. No 2022 / 35 / 05 / 000742SD of the 3rd Respondent herein in so far as it is against the petitioner, quash the same and direct the 3rd Respondent to grant Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of 02.03 ares in Survey No.196 / 3B, Agaram then Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpet District.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 08.11.2023, this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to implead Mr.Mohan and Mr.Palani, whose names are mentioned in the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 28.04.2022.

3. The matter is thereafter listed today i.e., on 21.11.2023 and till now the petitioner has not taken steps to implead Mr.Mohan and Mr.Palani as directed by this Court. This Court is of the view that the 2/4

petitioner is trying to get the order behind the back of the adverse parties and the petitioner has not approached the Court with clean hands.

4. With the above observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
