The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 363 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.113 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that the defacto complainant and his relative went for nature call in his bike. At that time, a car bearing Registration No.TN55-BB-0001 came close to the defacto complainant and took him into the car. It is also stated that there was a demand of a parcel, which had been received by the defacto complainant from abroad. It is stated that there are as many as six previous cases pending as against the petitioner herein. There are totally six accused and none of them secured. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
