PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 407 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in C.C. No.12 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kurinchipadi and quash the same.

ORDER
The petition is filed to quash the proceedings initiated by the respondent police culminated into C.C. No.12 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kurinchipadi
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, property dispute led to case and case in counter and in fact, the defacto complainant in Crime No.659 of 2021 culminated in C.C. No.12 of 2023 is the aggressor and the complaint against him registered in Crime Page No.2/4
No.660 of 2021, not investigated properly and no final report so far filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the investigation in FIR No.660 of 2021 is yet to be completed. Till the final report filed in Crime No.660 of 2021, there shall be an order of stay of further proceedings in C.C. No.12 of 2023.
4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 12.12.2023 Index :Yes :Yes/No.
