This petition has been filed to direct the to direct the respondent police viz., The Inspector of Police, P1Pulianthope Police Station, Chennai to take further action and to investigate according to his complaint dated 17.10.2019 in accordance with law.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP (MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
