(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.L.K.Charles Alexander, the party-in-person, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Mr.Durai Eshwar, learned counsel for respondent No.4.

2. The issue that is sought to be raised in the writ petition is being considered on the administrative side. In light of that, at

present the writ petition is not considered. Liberty is given to the petitioner to move in future, if occasion arises. All the points are kept open.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
