The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the impugned CC Bill dated 31.12.2016 insofar as it relates to the Add/Less Adjustment charges tune of Rs.7,13,040/- in Serial No.14 issued by the 3rd respondent and consequently, to direct the respondents to strictly comply with the order dated 31.03.2016 passed by the Hon'ble TNERC in M.P.No.34 of 2014 and to permit the petitioner to procure its own ABT Complaint Meters, as per the directions of the 6th respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 03.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
