ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2019.

2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner joined service as Junior Assistant in the year 2001 and promoted as an Assistant in the year 2006 and after several promotions he became Tahsildar in the year 2017. In the meanwhile, on 19.06.2019 the petitioner was trapped and arrested by the Vigilance and Anti Corruption officials of Villupuram. Thereafter, the petitioner was placed under suspension by the second respondent in Ref.No.A1/15938/2019 dated 20.06.2019. 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was wrongly arrested and he has nothing to do with the allegations. The driver one Kanthasamy had collected amount from one public and on arrest, he falsely implicated the petitioner. The petitioner is under suspension till date. On 14.09.2019, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the first respondent to revoke the order of suspension issued against the petitioner. Seeking direction from this Court, this writ petition has been filed. 5.The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered within a period of 12 weeks.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2019, if not disposed already, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
