This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr. No.550 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C. No.859 of 2020 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Salem and in view of that nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
