This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant against the third respondent based upon the warrant issued by the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai (South) on 25.06.2024 in E.A.No.03 of 2024 in C.C.No.245 of 2022 within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted the respondents have taken steps to

execute the warrant issued to the private respondent by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai and they would execute the same within a reasonable time.

4. In view the above, the respondent police is directed to execute the warrant issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai as early as possible. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
