This petition is filed to extend the time limit imposed in order dated 02.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20569 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is suffering from certain illness. Therefore, he could appear before the learned Special court/Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, as directed by this Court.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court grants two weeks time to appear before the learned Special court/Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
