2. Heard Ms.P.Padmeshwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Ethirajulu, Legal Aid Counsel for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and Crl.M.P.No.14465 of 2024 is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.K.Ethirajulu, as counsel appearing for the respondent, at the time of admission.
