This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to F.I.R.No.21 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/police on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.21 of 2024, charge sheet was filed through e-filing on 04.12.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN20220002557C202400123 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Coimbatore.

4. Since the first respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the magistrate concerned, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
