..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers:- i) Writ of Declaration to declare Clause 21 of the Constitution of the 4th respondent, in so far as it restricts players, coaches, technical staffs and support staffs from participating in any Tournament not approved by the 4th respondent or its Affiliated units, is unconstitutional and illegal. ii) Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Impugned Circular issued by the 4th respondent on 13.11.2022, quash the same as arbitrary, discriminatory, illegal and contrary to public interest and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to conduct any Tournaments from 26.01.2023 to 29.01.2023 or any other dates on which the petitioner conducts the 2nd Season of its "WEEXPOINDIA Junior Badminton League".
