This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 18.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.21384 of 2022. 1 / 4

2. Today when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader submits that, the orders of this Court had been complied with and orders have been passed by the District Registrar, Dindivanam dated 20.01.2023.

3. However the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the document was directed to be registered if the same is in accordance with law, but the document has not been registered by the present proceedings and therefore, it is still a violation of the order of this court, he contended.

4. If that being so, it is open to the petitioner to agitate the issue by challenging the said order in the manner known to law. However, insofar as this contempt petition is concerned, since the order of this Court has been complied with, this contempt petition can be closed. Accordingly, it is closed. 31.01.2023 KST 2 / 4
