In terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18890 of 2022 dated 15.09.2022, the contemnor has filed an affidavit stating that S.Kamalahasan, Panchayat Secretary has been transferred from Kangalancheri Village Panchayat to Vadakarai Village Panchayat.

2. As the order has been complied, I am not inclined to proceed further with the contempt. The averments made in paragraph No.16 are recorded. The presence of the contemnor is dispensed with.
