This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to substitute the respondents 2 to 5 herein as the legal representatives on record in place of C.Pencillamma (deceased), first respondent herein.

Heard Mr.R.Neelagandan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.A.Anandan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants, who submitted that the first respondent C.Pencillamma died on 09.05.2021 and as per the legal heirship certificate, the proposed respondents 2 to 5 are the legal representatives of Pencillamma.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed.
