This application has been filed seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a period of three months.

2. Mr. Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has no objection in that regard.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts, the term of the learned Arbitrator to complete the arbitration proceedings is extended for a further period of three months from date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
