This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide bail order dated 13.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24710 of 2022 (on the file of this Court) "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 05.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
