When the matter was taken up, Mr.D.Vijayakumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner submitted that main writ petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel sought leave of this Court to withdraw captioned writ petition as well as captioned WMPs. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

2. Aforementioned endorsement is reiterated in the hearing.

3. In the light of the endorsement and reiteration of the same in the hearing, captioned writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn/closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
