ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH.J.,] The mother of the detenue viz., E.Subashree, aged about 20 years, has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that her daughter has been illegally detained by the 4th respondent seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce her daughter before this court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter was taken up today for hearing, the petitioner and her husband were present. The detenue viz., E.Subashree was present before this court along with the 4th respondent. MrT.Ramesh, Sub-Inspector of Police and Ms.M.Poongodi, Woman Police Constable (WPC 54426), T-1, Ambattur Police Station were also present.

3. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she was born on 16.10.2002 and she had a love affair with the 4th respondent and both of them have got married at a temple in Karaikudi. She further categorically stated that she is

willing to go only along with the 4th respondent. The petitioner and her husband were informed about the wishes of the detenue. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition and the same is closed accordingly. (P.N.P., J.)
