This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 12.08.2022 in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.2689 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Sulur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no 1/3

instructions from the Legal Representatives of the revision petitioner and he prays to close this petition with liberty to reopen the same, in the event of there being any claim of Legal Representatives of the sole revision petitioner.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to reopen the same, in the event of set aside petition filed by the respondents being restored. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
