The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2022 submitted to lay survey stones and for fixing of boundaries 1/4
in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.33/2A2 Patta No.4542, No.21, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District admeasuring an extent of 2060 sq.ft.
2. In order to survey the land at Survey No.33/2A2 at Tiruttani Town, Tiruvallur District, the petitioner had given application on 06.10.2022 followed by the online application as well as the fee that has been paid by the petitioner on 14.10.2022. In order to consider the said application to survey the land of the petitioner, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforestated prayer.
3. Heard Mr.L.Dhamodharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that, the application of the petitioner for survey of his land would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the respondents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and having regard to the said submission made by the learned 2/4
Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: That there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to take necessary steps to survey the land of the petitioner mentioned herein above and pass orders thereon within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
