(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The condition imposed by this Court in H.C.P.No.2407 of 2019 dated 23.10.2019 is sought to be modified on the ground that the convict is unable to make the payment for the escort.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the escort will be provided without cost. The said submission stands recorded.

3. Consequently, the order dated 23.10.2019 passed in H.C.P.No.2407 of 2019 is modified as under:

Accordingly, we direct the Respondents to grant Ordinary leave for 15 days' to the Convict, subject to the usual conditions that can be imposed by the Respondents, however, with minimum escort. The charges towards escort shall be borne by the Government. The Convict shall be released from the Prison at 10.00 a.m. on 12.11.2019 1/3

and he shall return back to Prison at 05.00 p.m. on 26.11.2019.
