The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide Fast Power Track connection to the petitioner on the basis of the application submitted on 24.04.2017.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr. P. Gunaraj, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the 3rd respondent had already taken steps to provide Fast Power Track connection to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and they are awaiting supply of the transformer. Further, the learned Standing Counsel submitted that the electricity supply would be provided to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

3. Mr. M. Gnanasekar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent may be recorded and the Writ Petition may be closed.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
