Prayer:Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned District Judge to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.115 of 2017 pending on the file of the Court of the District Judge II, Kanchipuram.

O R D E R

The plaintiff in O.S.No.115 of 2017 is the petitioner in this civil revision petition. She seeks for an expeditious disposal of I.A.No.107 of 2018 and the suit itself.

2. The petitioner pleads that the pleadings are completed but the matter is being adjourned due to various reasons beyond the control of the plaintiff. Therefore, she wants a direction that the suit be taken up within a time frame fixed by this Court.

3. Heard Mrs.P.Srividhya, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Bhargavan, learned Counsel for the respondents.

4. The issue involved is a very short one, whether the plaintiff is entitled for a share in the suit property. The written statement having been filed and there being no stay of the proceedings, there is no impediment to the court to proceed with the matter. Accordingly the learned Additional

District Judge II, Kanchipuram is directed to take up the suit and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
