This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.(6)(b) in Crl.O.P.No.27274 of 2022 vide order dated 10.11.2022 by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.27274 of 2022 with a condition to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Now, he seeks for modification of condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly for a period of four weeks.

4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of twelve (12) weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 06.12.2022 Page No.1/3
