This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that they shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24845 of 2022 dated 26.10.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Adocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 24845 of 2022.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until file a final report.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
