[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Mr.Nagendra Prasath, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw captioned 'Writ Petition' [hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity] but Page Nos.2/6

made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of writ petitioner to send representation afresh giving details of alleged encroachment with clarity and specificity and also liberty to come to this Court again if there is inaction on the part of official respondents. This request is acceded to.
