This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.522 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) represented that the petitioner has already been secured by the police and thus, the petition has become infructous.
