J U D G M E N T

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred against the fair and decreetal order dated 15.12.2016 in G.W.O.P.No.91 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruppur. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he was not able to contact the appellant.

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the appellant died on 14.07.2019, to that effect an affidavit was filed by the respondent along with her Aadhar Card dated 12.03.2021.

On perusal of the record, it is seen that the appellant died and now the minor son is residing with the respondent as well as his grand father. Affidavit is recorded to that effect.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed. No Costs.
