This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.5(b) by an order dated 13.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21123 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
