Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Yashwanth Kiran, the learned counsel representing Mr.A.K.Balaji, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition.
